This isn’t really a job about helping people. No matter what management says, it’s about getting the most amount of ESP from customers. ESP is essentially that insurance crap that stores love to sell, and that’s where most of the money is earned from Staples. Management expects you to get ESP on all tech and furniture regardless of the situation. Even if it becomes out of the price range for the customer. Once you do sell a naked items, management will retaliate by taking away hours. So it’s you essentially become a husk of a human who only cares about taking advantage of people and making your store numbers look good at any cost.
