Good benefits, great work environment, and expectations are attainable. Complaints are taken seriously by management and support helpline treats employees respectfully.

Cons

The salary increases are very, very miniscule. Other than that, it is a very good place to work. The workload is bearable.

flexible schedule and management willing to work around if you attend school. part time job. sales goals are unrealistic. ever again

no opportunity for advancement, poor hours and pay. you are expected to do so much more work than you actually CAN do.

Pros

Good work environment with the right management team, Co-workers are great and most hourly associates work together as a team.

Cons

The pay is horrible and bonuses are a joke. You will often work by yourself, be responsible for tech work and the entire electronics department. SELL, SELL, SELL those insurance plans and don't take no for an answer! Strict conflict of interest policy that prohibits techs from doing any repair work on the side but they pay you just above minimum wage... you do the math.
