Pros

-Other associates (non-management) are friendly and there's a sense of "we're in this together".

Cons

-Condescending Management -Corporate is delusional -Unrealistic when it comes to work load vs time given to complete work -Constant skeleton crews -Heat in the store (always sweating, and constant customer complaints) -"Prime Time" is a concept that doesn't pan out in practice, and hinders the completion of operational tasks -"Open Door Policy" is a joke -HR only exists to cover Management's bum, and won't help you. -The Inventory Specialist position has *way* too much on it's plate -If you're hurt on the job, it's considered your fault, even if it was a complete accident (also, the managers will make up lies to cover themselves and to keep any blame from possibly falling onto them)
