Pros

Poorly managed with unrealistic corporate goals. Poorly staffed forcing employees to fill multiple positions without commensurate pay. Bad managers who abuse the employees on a daily basis. Low pay prevents recruiting the best available applicants. Poor working conditions with dirty, outdated locations. Dishonest district and store managers who routinely deceive associates. Just a terrible place to work,

Cons

Pay. bad management, Outdated facilities, heavy focus on achieving metrics for app downloads and service plans.

Pros

Having a good team behind you is super helpful when meeting deadlines. I was able to get my job done well and on time because I could rely on everyone else to take care of their duties.

Cons

I ended up training people and helping out at another store part-time because they did not have a cohesive team managing the space, so it was incredibly difficult for their Inventory Specialist to stay on top of everything.
