Great company and nice people to work. Its most happening company in greater boston with great leadership and lot of community activities.

Cons

It is service based, so need to do more inhouse development

Only for tech guys, Its just a retailler!!

Pros

Great work life balance and that's it! Great manager and may be great if you are in the right project.

Cons

Can't tell you the other section of the company but if you are a tech guy looking for a job in IT, I would definitely not recommend this company. -Poor pay -Bad benefits including health insurance. -If you are an on VISA, mobility (immigration) department sucks. I am waiting for my PERM for last 3 years. -Learning opportunity is "ZERO". Staples rather hire a guy from outside than training someone in house. -Discrimination between the different teams like some team get high pay and free coffee, not for every on!
