Pros

Expected overtime if you like overtime

Cons

Expected Overtime. Short Staffed. Corporate shut down sister production facilities and expects your facility to pickup the slack after they triple your workload. They cross train you for other departments and pay you half of what other people are making. They promise to hire more help but never do. You work 6 months of 60 hour weeks and then stop working overtime and get fired for it because you start telling other people they don't have to legally work overtime.

Pros

Job is easy and pays well. People are generally good, but of course there are bad eggs. benefits are good for a part time job

Cons

some co-workers can be lazy and let the work stack up. company hires employees through a temp agency which usually yields in poor performance. Management always tries to change things without consulting the work base to look good. generally makes things worse. When buildings merged benefits got switched around for the worse.
