Pros

In comparison to other retail leradership positions I had previously held, the pay was very reasonable. The employee base was excellent as well..

Cons

Which makes it a shame that the management was so horrible. Just a group of the most miserable people you could imagine. Not focused on customer service at ALL. If you care about your customer base and honestly want to help them with their purchase experience, stay far away from this place. Any memories made will not be pleasant.

Pros

Get to do what I love. Part timers also get medical benefits and flexible hours which is great if you are going to school.

Cons

The pay isn't enough and the work load just keeps growing and growing. Currently the stores are looking to take associates and instead of having managers they are looking to make the supervisors with small increases in pay.

Pros

It was fun being part of the team. We did informal meetings as a team in the morning that kind of pumped us up for the day. It was fun helping customers and selling electronics. They did have some fun little perks and employee recognition measures. They really value customers and want to help them find solutions to their needs.

Cons

It was a low paying (very close to minimum wage) job that involved a lot of stocking and some other tedious work.
