Pros

company gives points to buy merchandise for bonuses instead of money. company has good discount prices for phone services through verizon. company has good employee discount website for travel and other items.

Cons

I work in the copy center and I have had horrible manager after horrible manager. I was promised a copy center supervisor position but the paper work was never put in, I did the job very well for three months until the store manager officially hired someone for the position. We have a temp floating manager who has threatened violence towards the store employees. the management is known for not holding employees they like to standards but requiring those who they aren't fond of are required to pick up the slack. management talks to employees like we're uneducated and beneath them. Copy Center associates have been required to pick up twice the job responsibilities with the introduction of the post office services but we have not been given a raise for the addition of these responsibilities even if it has stressed our capabilities.

Pros

They have a mature management team.

Cons

Low, low, low pay. They will not let part-timers work more than 25 hours a week because of health insurance firms. They told President Obama that the ACA did not affect it and they were doing this for 10 years. That was when Romney care was instituted and they did not want to offer health insurance to part-time employees. So, it really is because of the health insurance they are playing with technicalities.
