Pros

There really aren't many benefits, there are some upsides depending if you have good managers but other than that there aren't many pros.

Cons

The policies at Staples are a little odd and not many people like them. They have really outdated and slow POS' that take forever to process any transaction big or small.

Pros

Above minimum wage, friendly co-workers, several opportunities for advancement within the company, 15-minute breaks, and good benefits offered for part-time employees.

Cons

The computer I used for training was the same computer that most of the employees used to clock-in with. Every time a manager checked on me, they reminded of how quickly they needed me trained and how they don't get paid until I am trained. I feel like I am a very fast reader and completed the training modules pretty far ahead of the expected time to complete them. I also only received two days notice of my schedule for the following week. Not very family friendly.
