Caring store managers. Associates and managers are always willing to help. Very good growth opportunities for associates willing to put in a lot of hard work and stay customer-focused.

Cons

Communication is sometimes challenging from the district managers/regional managers to store managers.

Pros

Some truly nice people, and a friendly work environment. Decent Health Benefits. Average base salary depending on where you live. Nice work/life balance, flexible hours etc.

Cons

Literally a revolving door of sales people. Many territories have had 3 or more different Account Reps in one year's time. Unreliable resources which seem piecemealed together, and are not the sum of their parts by any stretch. Not a competitive product compared to local printers, which are the true competition of this program, not Fedex. The compensation is really not very good at all, you can work your tail off and receive very little in return compared to other sales jobs I have had.
