Cons

Hours are low, Pay is on the lower side ( I believe it has increased since I left), They are very numbers oriented.

Build responsibilities with structure and plenty of guidance from superiors. Customer rapport is essential and also the best action for success. Relatively flexible workplace.

Cons

Weekend understaffing is very difficult to deal with as a manager. Passive aggressive behavior from General manager. Pressure of taking everything on your shoulders is inevitable if you are a great worker.
