Global presence and leader in office products industry; Stable company; benefits are reasonable

Cons

Extremely underpaid. Took a $25k cut in pay with the Staples acquisition of Corporate Express. Barely making ends meet with this large of a cut.

Great store merchandise, promotions, rewards card, copy & print center

Cons

Store manager could NOT help the customer, that was MY job as a sales associate. Not much recognition (I had numerous customer write ups on my excellent customer service, knowledge, suggestive selling, wonderful attitude, etc.) and not once did ONE manager out of approximately 6 upper management people comment on my performance!
