Pros

Most of the coworkers were nice and supportive. The environment was not toxic to work in. Also the Staples I was working at was very accommodating to anyone in school.

Cons

There was a lot of work in the printing department. Especially in my location because it was the core of downtown.

Pros

Great associates that can be easy to work with and communicate with. Also a good place to garner experience for retail, tech and print. Print specifically can be a good place to get good with customer service and working in stressful environments.

Cons

Horrible management both on GM and DM ends. Managers are pressured by DMs which pressure employees to get rewards penetration and coupon uses to absurd numbers. Low pay regardless of the fact they have you do more than what you were hired for and are expected to meet pointless expectations. Amazon returns are pure hell and can cause print department to halt completely.
