Great people to work with.

Cons

Management does not know how to handle a corporate retail environment efficiently. They are so generic and show no inspiration or creativity. Very pushed for numbers creates a uncomfortable atmosphere and stressful work place.

They hire anyone who simply wants a job.

Cons

They consistently hire unqualified people with little or no experience, who either don't show up for work or call in constantly, then do nothing to reprimand them while constantly nagging at the people who are trying hard to do their own jobs. Their own "managers" seem completely overwhelmed at handling a large store.
