Peer Pressure

Pros

Nothing that stands out about this company

Cons

A low-paying job with pennies for annual raises based on "merit". Black employees are held back in so many ways until they quit or are fired. So-called "shift bids" mean they are always on the worst shifts due to this racist tool. Most black supervisors are hired from the outside and always end up getting fired. Cheap equipment and terrible applications mean your work will take twice as long if the app even works. They use peers to judge the employees' work as another racist tool to hold back blacks. Whites, latinos, and indians cover for each other while blacks do not hold any power to help another. Overall I would not recommend this job.
