Pros
Learned a great deal about the different types of merchandise and how to really connect with people well. There is a great opportunity to build strong muscles from carrying boxes of paper.
Cons
Management is an absolute mess, zero transparency for the lower level employees. Managers tend to blame the people below them for everything that goes wrong. High levels of favoritism towards certain employees, while others get blame for any and all problems going on.
