Staples is a good to start a career in retail.

The good part of working at Staples is that its a good way to move up with in the company.

Cons

Middle management is tough. Staples pay is low because associates are becoming more sales people then just associates. There are a lot of task and checklist that have to be filled out in a short amount of time.

The pay and compensation could be ten times better I have made thousands of dollars for the company and my hourly pay rate does not show for it.
