Pros

Work you have to do is easy. Most coworkers are friendly, laid back, and willing to help one another if needed. Good job if you are in school or looking for some extra income with easy work.

Cons

Nearly impossible to move up in the company. Very hard to get more than 30 hours. Management team is very out of touch with day to day operations, customer service, etc- only care about sales. No commission on any sales. Upper management is even worse in the same regards. Yearly raises of 3% on average. Overall a very poor company.

Friendly co workers, easy job, summer bts is fun when its busy.

Cons

The yearly raise is usually only around 10 cents, there treat you like you are disposable, they hire management from outside of the company, they give you 24 hours or less so they don't have to pay you insurance.
