Employee SALE at the end of the year is awesome! You get some really good deals for good retail brands. Good learning opportunities but not enough formal training.

Cons

TOO many update meetings, not enough recognition, Fast-Paced to a FAULT - The stress is overwhelming because you are required to work on a zillion projects at the same time without having enough time to finish. People are not very social and friendly because of the nano-speed of a pace you are put under. Company culture needs A LOT of positivity.
