Everything about this place is awful. Management picks favorites. They don’t know how to handle the problems that really need handled. They would rather sit in a conference room and talk badly about employees. They cater to the ones who need there hand held to do the job they were hired for. No team work or communication. The people on the floor were by far the worst I have ever worked with. They will talk bad about you every chance they get to save themselves. Can’t trust anyone here. PR is a complete joke. As is the rest of the management team. What they should do is a complete sweep of management and upper management and start with fresh people. Maybe then this would be a good place to work. Most of the management team has been there for 20 plus years and they are set in there ways. Never worked in a place where the atmosphere was so catty. Be prepared to have eyes in the back of your head here. Best option is to never, ever work here. Wish I hadn’t. Best thing I did was leave!
