Slow Paced, Unorganized

Pros

The people are incredible and hard working. Flexible schedules (for now at least).

Cons

Projects take a long time to move forward due to too many cooks in the kitchen. The culture has shifted with the new CEO. People feel more like a number than a valued employee. Leaders are not supportive and often create more barriers rather than removing them.

Horrible new leadership

Pros

Used to be a partner centric company

Cons

With the recent layoffs, leadership hasn't planned or adjusted for the work that they all did was just dumped on those that are still here. The workload has doubled and partners are all struggling with nothing being said. The partners that were laid off were some of the best and most needed.
