Pros

They offer a few decent incentives. Such as a free food item or a free drink when you work. The 401k is decent they match up to a certain % and it’s fully vested from day one. However you don’t qualify for this incentive until you’ve been there 90+ days.

Cons

The pay is extremely low. The training is not much, they pretty much throw you right in and there’s a ton of stuff to learn. The work is super fast pasted. It’s stressful and not worth the pay they offer. I wouldn’t recommend working for the company as a barista.
