Pros

flexible scheduling, pay, benefits, great customers and peers.

Cons

Mean customers, mean coworkers, DRAMA always. Constantly changing of dm level and above management. poor communication, not enough labor given to stores to provide the service that is expected.

Pros

You get to make some very good relationships. Either with your co-workers, managers or even customers. It's a good place to call your second home.

Cons

The biggest problem I had working at starbucks was the shift work. I worked there for 3 years and very rarely had a consistant schedual. One day you'll open, at like 4 am and work till 12 next day you could start at 11am and off at 7 and then the next day you might close, working until about 10! That being said it was also kinda good variety....

Pros

Good benefits Free coffee discounts Friendly fellow co workers

Cons

Did not hire my manager within which showed because she is no longer there. Pay is really low Have to work there for a long time before you get promoted Even if you work at a busy store, you make the same amount as a really really slow store
