Pros

Good benefits, generally good fellow employees

Cons

Management does not communicate. One only hears the negative and very little praise for jobs well done. Favoritism is rampant.

Pros

starbucks is a great company with a fantastic mission. They support store managers to run their business and always provide constant feedback for how to run a profitable business. They support work-life balance, and has a great overall compensation package, including stock options and 401K.

Cons

*streamlined process to merge processes to store reports.

Pros

Health Insurance is good. Your experience will greatly vary depending on who is running your shift. Free drinks, wifi, and discounts are nice.

Cons

Takes advantage of your availability. Very difficult to change or give away your shift if a mistake is made on the schedule. Will have no problem burning you out if you don't speak up.
