Pros

It is the easiest job if you just come on time and do the work there is no excuse not to like this job

Cons

Should supply uniforms to baristas besides a green apron and a hat. It would look much better as far a appearance to customers

Pros

Customer service experience, coffee knowledge, free drinks, friends, working as a team to complete tasks

Cons

terrible pay, rude customers, benefits if you're lucky enough to get the hours to qualify, training is hard to come by unless you keep asking continuously.

-benefit package: tuition reimbursement, great health benefits -free pound of coffee/box of tea every week -above average pay -very organized -lots of breaks -partner day/ partner discount/ partner mark outs

Cons

-very demanding -hard to move up if one of the upper mangement doesn't like you
