Pros

The hours are flexible and you meet a lot of great people. Challenging work when busy and the management is great.

Cons

Can be extremely boring when down times. Training could be a little better when new staff are hired. Bonus could be a bit more generous

Pros

the only good part of working at starbucks is the fact that you can make your own coffee during the day.

Cons

you will be stuck doing the same job for a long time. there really isnt any way to get promoted.

Pros

It's a great environment to work in. Always fun and are usually supported by superiors. Stores are well maintained and new products and advertising are available.

Cons

Corporate management have difficulty understanding what happens in stores. Can be tough to staff. Product prices are constantly on the rise.
