Pros

If you're a student, only looking for part time, or just want to get some work experience this is a good place to start. There are great benefits available, and you can work your way up to higher responsibility. It's a wonderful way to work on your basic human interaction skills, learn how to make chit-chat, and multitask.

Cons

When it's busy, it's very stressful. Sometimes the schedule is not ideal, having workers close the store one night and open the next day. There are times when the customer is not right (shocking, I know), but this is an environment where customer needs can sometimes be prioritized over equally valid employee needs.
