      Pros

      Nice perks, drinks, coffee tastings, nice people.

      Cons

      Sometimes it's really busy and can be stressful. Early morning shifts are difficult if you need to use transit to get there. I had to get up and bike in cold weather. Not fun. I didn't enjoy doing dishes and cleaning.

      Great Brand to work with, but needs improvement in several issues

      Pros

      The Pay is average, but the benefits are competitive compare to other companies that I have been with (so far), good colleagues to work with while I'm there, fun colleagues as well as challenging job. Lots to learn, coffee knowledge and barista knowledge, not essential but a plus.

      Cons

      Its a fast-paced working environment, and yet with their existing system it is impossible to cope with the current volumes and financial data. Old system that they have, comes with Excel form data (pretty manual) that is less in control implementation and lots of errors. It leads to both parties having frustrations and demotivate staff when it comes to problem solving. (Therefore work more, stay late and also come back on weekend to rush for deadlines). Although its been 2 years they proposed an upgrading of system, now its been over 2 years.... Lack of appreciation towards the right staff (favoritism), esp from the direct boss. You will always "not doing enough" for them. Politics (as usual), experience yourself!
