Pros

Great benefits, flexible work schedule, social atmosphere. They offer great stock options and grants. The ability to move up from staff to manager is fairly simple also.

Cons

Once you reach the top of the food chain at manager level you basically have to wait for someone to die or get fired to be promoted. Most development is done at barista, supervisor level and almost none at management.

Pros

Friendly co workers, great location.

Cons

The customers sometimes can be rude sometimes but there is always a bad seed in the bunch. I think the parking at the establishment needs better parking
