Pros

Consistent regular customers, absolutely **amazing** health benefits, steady hours, and predictable work experience. It's a great way to gain barista experience and they really make you *know* the coffee that you're selling. Easy to move up if you show that you want to stay within the company and Bean Stock for long-term employees can actually prove to be exceptionally valuable.

Cons

Minimum wage to start makes it hard to work here if you're not in high school or have a second job. Sometimes it can feel a bit 'cult-like' with their policies and internal company culture, but the 'Just Say Yes' skills learned make previous Starbucks employees sought after for other jobs outside of the coffee industry.
