      Pros

      It was really fun with all the co-workers. I can honestly say that it was very cool to learn to make all kinds of drinks.

      Cons

      Manager was very stuck up but it was not entirely his/her fault since the head-office make A LOT of unpleasant regulations. When you have to do everything BY THE BOOK, it's not the best moment of your shift.

      Pros

      I found the two stores I had the pleasure to work both contained amazing people to work with. The stores I worked in put a lot of effort into hiring. Everyone got along and we all used to be friends out side of work as well. Starbucks offers great benefits and you get lots of room to grow in the company if you put in the effort. There is always a way to develop yourself no matter your position in the store and all levels of management are always willing to work with you. The district manager was amazing and was always there to support the stores and other stores in the area. All of the managers really care about the staff and their store.

      Cons

      The last store I worked at the manager had been with Starbucks for ten years. Needless to say she had pretty much checked out and did the bare minimum required. Starbucks has a really slack protocol when it comes to under performing staff so if you wanted you could almost get away with anything. The products are not as near quality as they lead you to believe and there is a lot of wasted product dumped every night.
