Pros

Excellent customer service training, good sales training, very respectful management, amazing flexibility for work schedule, meet lots of people, and free coffee every shift !

Cons

If you are not good a multitasking, this is not the job for you. Can be very high pressure when if its a busy location, like a drive through. Also the work environment is always changing which can be difficult if you aren't very flexible and adaptable.

Cons

company undergoing massive philosophical change, profits more important than customer service, promotional results more important than overall results, little chance to improve performance
