Pros

Flexible during school, good benefit packages if you need them.

Cons

Bosses take their job to seriously, and rarely help out during rushes. People don't get trained properly so you feel over worked.

Pros

- treats employees really nicely - gives employees stocks in the company - pays a little more than jobs of this sort - free drinks on shift - free pound of coffee or tea every week

Cons

- the work gets repetetive. This is the biggest con honestly. It would be a great job if it wasnt so boring. - doesnt respect that employees need a work/life balance - doesnt pay that much money
