Pros

Cons

Poor leadership. Projects' decision get changed every few days. Chasing lots of projects that do not make sense. Run like a start-up company.

Pros

Good benefits. Growth opportunities are available to those willing to possibly change locations. Most locations tend to have flexibility when scheduling regular employees' hours.

Cons

Job requirements change periodically depending on focus of the company at the time. Little effort is made by the company to maintain experienced staff. Salary caps placed for hourly employees guarantee job hunting despite employees otherwise being satisfied with current position.
