Pros

Benefits are great for what the job. I was working just 20hrs a week, as a 19yr. old college student and I already had a 401(k) in my name!

Cons

Terrible hours: if you open you must arrive around 4:30am; in the same week, you might also be assigned a closing shift and have to stay until 1am.

Pros

You get free drinks working at starbucks and the people are pretty nice. Also the benefits are pretty good and they increase your pay for how long you work there.

Cons

There isn't really any downsides to working at starbucks. I'm just working there while I go to college and it's a easy job.
