Pros

Good benefits, room for advancement, good experience for leadership, large company making it easy to find transfers/pick up extra hours, regular reviews/raises

Cons

Lots of physical labor, not a drama-free work environment, upper management can be very strict based on store management performance

Pros

Good tips and it's nice having co workers with fun personalities, makes the work environment much easier to deal with.

Cons

The manager is uninvolved and unorganized. Unreasonable hours and extremely hard to get a day off even if it is urgent.

Pros

It's a team environment and the connections one makes are invaluable both with partners and with customers. Every 6 months there is an opportunity to earn a raise.

Cons

Altruism is not valued at the company. If you work hard, do not expect it to reflect in your paycheck or in the eyes of upper management. Communication is never consistent and business decisions are extremely fickle.
