Pros

The people, you survive with the relationships you develope.

Cons

No balance between work and personal life and upper management doesn't care. Long time partners are not valued any longer.

Pros

Can be fun to interact with customers, jam to music, make drinks and clean the world. Good benefits if you can make the hours repeatedly over the quarter.

Cons

high presser and if you have young people on the staff that don't know how to handle it - drama ensues. Bad managers make it unbearable. I've had one follow me to the restroom and say he timed how long the water was on, he also threatened to fire someone every shift. The entire store complained about it to the district but they just told him we were complaining and he came down harder.
