Pros

If you’re looking for Human Resources/ administrative experience, this is a good opportunity. Bonuses are relatively good as long as your store is performing well.

Cons

Company lays off management constantly. Kept on a tight leash from upper management to the point where you can’t make any real change in your store. Money isn’t worth it if you’re only making a few hundred more than a supervisor.
