Pros

Working at the corporate office in Seattle, there was great upward mobility and lots of opportunity to learn new roles. Great benefits.

Cons

No personality within the corporate office. Culture is bland and devoid of fun. Very hard to make progress on projects. Change is slow.

Pros

So many opportunities for development, stock grants, health insurance, discounts at hundreds of other retailers. Free food and beverage when working.

Cons

There’s constant change, but it’s only a con when individuals don’t embrace it, or try to stick to the old way of doing things.
