Benefits were good. Culture *extremely* positive, cooperative. Best manager of my career.

Cons

All-new senior leadership appears unconcerned with culture, image, or anything except quarterly results. Heavy-handed with multiple layoffs this year.

The people are great and still believe in the original culture--helpful, everybody is a PARTNER not a RESOURCE.

Cons

New senior leadership has no use for previous culture, and is apparently driven solely by their bonuses to cut operating expenses. CEO demands RTO while having an "office" built next to his house in CA.
