Pros

A great culture with amazing benefits, and a lot of PTO depending on how long you’re in role. Dress code as black shirts makes it really easy. A lot of flex time as a manager to actually do my job and a good work life balance

Cons

This is all depending on your location and your higher-ups. If you don’t have a good team to start with or if you get the short end of the stick with a district manager or RD, then the job can be terrible. The company is also changing a lot with a new CEO so you never know how next year is gonna be
