Pros
I have been with Stark Tech for three years. I oversee the IT function as the CIO, we support the whole organization and I get to experience this company from many different angles. While there is always the need to improve and continuously evolve, this is a great company and an awesome place to work. Ownership, executives, and managers are truly focused on building an amazing employee experience, while we focus on an exciting and aggressive growth plan. There is a strategic team that is focused on our employees experience, covering everything from professional development, to ensuring we have competitive compensation, and rewarding excellence performance. I came here three years ago to be part of something special, to contribute to a growing company that has a great impact on our customers, employees, and communities we work in. Stark has not disappointed, and provided some amazing challenges, experiences and relationships along the way. We have experienced some great success, which I expect to continue, and it is great to be part of a growing company. Cons
It is hard to say that this is a con, but this is a performance based organization - hard work and results are rewarded with new opportunities, and additional compensation when possible. To me it is a pro, but I do realize that it is not for everyone. We are growing fast, so everything can never be perfect - but I can commit that we are focused on doing everything we can to be better every day.
