      Pros

      The new leadership team is coming together as a high functioning team and taking us to new heights! There has been quite a bit of turmoil over the past year, with a lot of speculation, gossip and rumors and I am happy that I stayed on board. The leadership team and employees have come together in a way that we hadn't before. There are many opportunities and no stone is being left unturned.

      The company continues to focus on advancing our future - there are no cons from my perspective.
