      Pros

      You will never be bored. You are given the opportunity to wear multiple different hates and define your role as it best fits your strengths.

      Cons

      Many managers like to put the carriage before the horse and so completed tasks can be very difficult as you are constantly going around in a circle.

      Pros

      Still has good technology from prior leadership. Market growth is good so hiding market share loss is easier. Great vacation policy. Good coffee.

      Cons

      Every leader has poor reality context. The fiction they live in guides the company. Spending is out of control with too many examples to list here. See Star Tribune. 6 figure birthday parties, wild jaunts across the seas ridiculous consumer advertising for sole purpose of self-adulation to name a few. If you want to succeed here, be willing to tell the emperor his clothes look fantastic. Competitors are busy executing strategy and Starkey is busy executing any employee with an opinion outside of the family's narrow sight.
