The profit we generate contributes to Bill's philanthropy effort, instead of new yacht like CEO in other companies. The new management is willing to try new thinking, which brought a new CTO from Intel to really change the culture.

Cons

There are a lot of people working here for 20, 30 years, and it's hard to break old habits and thinking. It feels like there is always more than necessary resistance for bringing any new approach or new technology.

Cons

Work long hours including nights and weekends, company expectation that you will always work when needed regardless of personal life. Salary/compensation can be improved for the amount of work actually worked
