      They really care about customers and employees. Great products and forward thinking. The company is world class and continues to lead the industry. Can be exciting to work there - Great work life balance - Smart people - Great team spirit - Great career potential

      Cons

      Starkey is a family run business and because of that, it can make decisions and changes must faster that larger companies. There are wide-reaching changes all the time. Can be exciting or confusing, on the other hand there are a lot of old-timers who avoid challenges and changes.
