      Pros

      4 weeks of PTO is nice.

      Cons

      Within Starkey’s departments, managers like to talk about opportunities to grow professionally and develop your career. However, it is exactly the opposite. The only way to grow is to leave for another company. Raises and and promotion are tenure based and not based off merit or performance. Lower level management has little control with what is passed down from the leadership team and the leadership team is out of touch with their lower level employees.

      Pros

      Seems generar at first until you see the underbelly and unethical business practices. Travel can be a pro as long as you can avoid traveling with owners of the company

      Cons

      Unhealthy work culture, very fear based, and NO consistency in how employees are treated from performance perspective. Erratic management style with constant changing priorities. President of foundation is shady. Celebrity focus and marketing in a way that benefits corporation often takes priority in how they operate.

      There are no pros. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

      -Leadership (upper management is horrible) -the company is basically built with lifers, if you haven't worked there for 20+ years, good luck to you in trying to "fit in" and succeed because YOU WILL NOT!
