      Pros

      The people in the trenches are extremely dedicated and skilled, Starkey has done a great job of bringing on quality teams. I had a lot of fun working for Starkey for many years.

      Cons

      The company is extremely top heavy, there are at least 20 ‘Executive Leaders’ for a mid sized company. When Covid hit, Starkey leadership took the opportunity to ‘right size’ it’s teams and let a lot of loyal and tenured employees go. If you are considering Starkey for job opportunities, I would wait a year to see if they are still viable, cash flow may be an issue.

      Worst leadership team . Ignores feedback. Most employees often feel 'wrong people in wrong place' Worst HR team I have ever seen. Encourages Racist culture Reluctant to new ideas and change Poor execution of everything Worst customer service No growth Micro Management

      Pay isn't great, their billing is "creative", management and executives are just pawns in the political BS there.
