Pros
- Smart & fun people - Flat company structure - you won't have bosses of bosses of bosses to go through, which is excellent and it works! - Leadership is approachable - Not too much politics, small company feel - Good benefits package - PTO - 4 weeks under 3 years, 5 weeks after 3. - Nice location with a pond.
Cons
- Drama at the leadership level with President and VPs getting fired - Strict work hours, although some work from home is ok in some departments - Good projects get outsources to contracting companies - Don't observe Friday after Thanksgiving - get to work
