No space for differing opinions, not a meritocracy, managerial and HR policies inconsistent, They find reasons to not pay you promptly and appropriately. Even if you resign and give reasonable notice they still behave as if you are being fired, that part feels especially cult like.

Nice place to maybe start out for your career so you know what to look for in your next companies so you don't end up working for one like this again.

Cons

So many reason not to work for this company it would take pages up. Trash management and the family that owns the company is just trash.
